v4.30.0 — The client record, rebuilt: your whole client in a single view

A 360° client-centered record. When you open a client, you’re now greeted by an actionable summary: their upcoming deadlines, the latest document (with thumbnail) and —if you use the billing module— the outstanding balance. At a glance you know what’s next with that client, without going through their cases one by one.

Documents linked directly to the client. You can now attach documents to a client without going through a case: upload them by dragging them onto their documents tab or with the upload button. Each document shows its name, type, size and thumbnail, with View and Download actions at hand. And if you associate a document with a case, it’s automatically linked to that case’s client.

Create from the client, with no extra steps. When you create a case, a task, a contact or a document from the client’s record, it’s automatically associated with that client. You can also invite a contact to the portal with a single click from their contact list.

The minutes of a long meeting now come out complete. When you attach a transcript to the chat and ask for the minutes or a summary, the assistant now processes the entire document (before, it could get cut off in long meetings and the minutes came out incomplete).

Fix. Deleting an archived project no longer throws an error when it has associated deadlines or tasks.
