v4.36.0 — Editor with formulas and diagrams, YouTube back in the chat, and the tax module fixed
The document editor learned math and diagrams. The platform’s text editor now renders LaTeX formulas live (type $…$ or $$…$$ and see the formula, not the code), draws mermaid diagrams right inside the editor — with in-place editing and export to SVG/PNG —, supports footnotes with automatic numbering, and introduces find and replace (Ctrl+F). If your markdown documents have a technical header (front matter), it’s preserved intact.
Pasting a YouTube video into the chat works again. Transcription of YouTube videos — including Shorts — had been failing silently for a while because of an outdated library: you pasted the link and the assistant said it couldn’t watch videos. It’s been fixed at the root: paste the link and the assistant works with the actual transcript.
Tax module: FIEL and SAT downloads fixed. e.firma validation and bulk CFDI downloads were failing because of components missing from the installation. They work again, along with better extraction of PDFs pasted by URL into the chat (complex layouts and tables).
AI per function is configured from Central. For managed installations: under Central > Settings > AI Providers you’ll find “AI Functions,” where you assign the provider and model for the RAG embeddings and for the vision model (OCR fallback and image description) — without touching environment variables on each instance.
Subdirectory installations. For deployments on client servers without DNS access, the platform now officially supports running under a URL prefix (for example tudominio.com/iurefficient) with standard configuration, without modifying code.
And under the hood: background processes fixed a permissions issue that occasionally prevented documents from being indexed for the chat (“Failed to index case”) — it’s repaired automatically when you update.
You don’t have to do anything when you update; everything runs automatically on startup.
