v4.23.1 — Templates from long documents and CSV in the editor

Turn even your longest filings into templates. The feature for turning your own document into a reusable template no longer falls short with long documents (multi-page contracts, complete legal filings). Before, with lengthy documents the clean version came out incomplete; now the system processes it in parts and puts it back together, so the template is complete from beginning to end, with the personal data from the original document replaced by placeholders ([NOMBRE], [RFC], [MONTO]…). When the document is large, the process runs in the background and shows you the progress (“Cleaning fragment N of M…”), so you don’t have to wait with a locked screen.

Open your CSV files in the editor. CSV files now open directly in OnlyOffice (displayed as a spreadsheet), and the download menu in the document viewer was refined.

No action is required on your part.

v4.23.0 — Assisted professional documents: smart templates and section-by-section filings

Templates that “know” how each document is drafted. Introducing Blueprints: structured templates in which each section carries its own instructions (what it must contain, which sources to prioritize, what not to make up) and a final checklist. In practice, they capture an expert professional’s judgment and make it reusable. You can create a Blueprint from a Word document with comments: if you annotate the model with comments that start with @iure, the system turns those annotations into the rules for each section.

Generate filings as long as you need, without the response getting “cut off.” When you request a document based on a Blueprint, the assistant drafts it section by section —each with its own search of the case file— and assembles it at the end, with a live progress bar. This way you can produce lengthy contracts and filings without hitting the AI’s length limit. Where the case file lacks support, it marks [PROFESSIONAL REVIEW] instead of making things up.

Fix one section without rewriting the whole document. Just ask, for example, “fix the Facts section and leave the rest as is”: the assistant regenerates only that part and creates a new version, leaving everything else intact. It also works from OnlyOffice: annotate the document with @iure comments and the AI applies the changes only to the commented sections.

A template library that grows with you. Turn any of your own documents into a template (the system automatically strips it of personal data), search for forms online with your approval, and share generic forms with the platform’s central catalog. Nothing is published without review.

Recurring tasks. Tasks that repeat (weekly, monthly, every certain period) are now managed with recurrence rules: when you complete one, the next one is generated automatically —cloning its subtasks— and you’ll see upcoming occurrences on the calendar.

This release includes automatic database improvements when you update; you don’t have to do anything.
