v4.27.1 — Read/write WebDAV and long-lived passwords

WebDAV access now lets you upload files, not just download them. Mount your documents as a network drive (Finder, Windows Explorer, Cyberduck, rclone…) and drag files in to upload them in bulk. Every file you copy into a case folder (or into “General”) is registered as a document with the same processing as an upload from the browser: type validation, encryption at rest, OCR/transcription, indexing and thumbnail. Uploading a file with the same name creates a new version, without deleting the previous one.

Long-lived WebDAV passwords. You no longer need your sign-in password or a token that expires every hour: in Settings → System Status, each user generates dedicated, revocable WebDAV passwords (one per device).

Always serve your instance over HTTPS (content travels decrypted over the connection, protected by TLS). Creating case folders and deleting documents via WebDAV are disabled on purpose: those operations are handled inside the application.

v4.27.0 — Documents from the chat and archive extraction

Generate Word, Excel and CSV documents directly from the chat. When you ask the assistant for a file —“add this summary as a Word document”, “give me back an Excel with the matrix”—, it now correctly understands that you want a document and offers to create it, instead of opening the task view. And when your case has spreadsheets, the assistant sees all their rows (not just fragments): you can ask it to clean up, deduplicate, classify or transform the data, and to deliver a multi-sheet Excel —with bold headers, a frozen title row and filters— as well as a CSV.

Upload an archive and let the system extract it for you. When you upload a .zip, .tar or .7z file, Iurefficient asks whether you want to extract it; if you accept, its contents are added as individual documents and the archive is deleted when done. The source folder inside the archive is kept in each document’s information, and extraction is protected against malicious files (path escapes and compression “bombs”).

Quick tags by type. Every file you upload gets an automatic tag based on its type —Image, PDF, Spreadsheet, Audio…— so you can recognize and filter your documents at a glance.

And also. In prospecting (CRM) and tickets: sales pipelines are set up and managed automatically, OSINT search by name, and ticket reports by case and by date range. In budgets: all case members —including external contacts— count as resources.

You don’t need to do anything when you update. To upload archives, your administrator must enable those file types in the allowed file types settings.
