v4.28.1 — Edit your documents from the chat without altering the formatting

Ask the assistant to change a piece of data in a document and it will change only that. When you need to correct an email address, a phone number, a date or a sentence inside a Word document, the assistant now applies the change directly to the actual file, keeping the formatting, images and tables intact. You’ll see a preview of exactly what will be replaced before confirming. And if the text you ask for isn’t in the document, it tells you clearly instead of making it up: it never claims to have edited something it didn’t edit.

Your email notices for overdue tasks are arriving again. We fixed reminders for overdue tasks and deadlines not being sent by email, and items overdue by more than a day no longer being reminded. They now arrive on time (at most one reminder per day).

Notifications reach the right email. If your account email was changed, notices now go to your current email (before, they could keep going to the old one).

Archived or closed projects no longer generate reminders. Once you put a case away, it stops bothering you with its pending items.

And also. The daily recommendation when you sign in is generated again with all AI models; when uploading a Word, Excel or PowerPoint file, “unzip” is no longer offered by mistake; and the Telegram instructions show the correct bot.

v4.28.0 — The chat finds a document’s “hidden” data and saves contacts

The chat now finds a document’s “hidden” data. If you ask about a specific piece of data in a document you name —the email on the last page of a proposal, a figure inside a table, the details on a business card—, the assistant now reads the entire document instead of sticking only to the fragments most “similar” to your question. Before, it could answer “I don’t have that page” even though the document was loaded correctly; that’s over for documents you mention by name.

Save a contact from the chat. When a document contains the contact details of a person or organization (a business card, the signature block of a proposal), the assistant offers to save them as a system Contact. A confirmation card appears where you can review and correct the name, company, position, email, phone and type before creating it. Nothing is saved without your confirmation.
