v4.31.0 — Iurefficient now speaks English

Write to the assistant in English and it replies in English. Until now, no matter what language you asked in, the assistant answered in Spanish. Starting with this release, it detects the language of your message (and uses your account language as a fallback) and replies in that same language, with the context of your cases and documents just as always. It works in the case chat, the global chat, and live response mode. If you work in Spanish, everything stays exactly the same.

Your notifications and portal messages, in your language. The alerts the system generates —task assigned, deadlines, OCR ready, assistant response— and the automatic messages your client receives in the portal (such as a case status change) now go out in each recipient’s language, on every channel: in the app, by email, Telegram, and WhatsApp.

The CRM and the Tax System, fully translated. The entire interface of the Prospecting (CRM) and Tax modules is available in English. Change your language in Settings → Profile and you’ll see menus, buttons, forms, and screens in the language you choose. Mexican tax codes and acronyms (RFC, CFDI, SAT, FIEL, ISR…) are kept as is, because they are proper terms that aren’t translated.

Edit a CRM opportunity. You can now change an opportunity’s name, amount, description, currency, probability, and estimated close date with the new Edit button on its record.

To choose your language, go to Settings → Profile and select it; the rest is automatic.
