Discover the improvements we’ve added in each release to make Iurefficient a more powerful, intelligent, and secure tool for your professional practice.

v4.32.2 — Task management in the CRM, finally visible

Now you really can manage tasks inside the CRM. On a lead or opportunity record, the Activities section lets you log tasks with a due date — “Call,” “Deliver proposal,” “Fix scope” —, see them in a list of pending items (with overdue ones highlighted in red), and mark them as completed with one click.

No action is required on your part.

v4.32.0 — Tax suggestions stay put (they stop being regenerated)

Your tax recommendations are no longer lost. In the Tax System, when you click “Generate suggestions,” the assistant analyzes them and now saves them by taxpayer and year. If you leave the panel and come back, they appear instantly — without querying them again and without spending tokens — as long as the context hasn’t changed.

And they let you know on their own when they’re no longer up to date. If you upload new CFDIs, the month moves forward, or you change the tax regime, the section shows a notice that the suggestions are outdated, with a button to refresh them whenever you want. They’re never regenerated on their own, so you control when they’re recalculated.

No action is required on your part; after updating, the first time you open each panel they’re saved, and from then on they persist.
