v4.29.1 — Open your Office documents instantly

Viewing a Word, Excel, or PowerPoint file is now almost instant. When you open an Office document to read it, the full editor (which took 4–5 seconds) is no longer loaded: a read-only preview is shown immediately in the browser viewer. If you want to modify it, the Edit button opens the full editor as always. And if the preview isn’t available for some reason, the document still opens in the editor’s read mode.

Document editor updated. The collaborative editing component (OnlyOffice) was updated to its latest official version, which removes the limit on simultaneous connections: more users can view and edit documents at the same time without hitting the previous cap.

No action is required on your part.

v4.29.0 — Chat with your assistant on Telegram

You can now write to the Telegram bot and your instance’s AI answers. Until now, the bot only sent notifications; starting with this release, you can send it questions from Telegram and your instance’s own assistant replies, with the context of your cases and documents. Ideal for checking something quickly from your phone without opening the app.

/start now gives you your Chat ID. Before, when you wrote /start to @iurefficient_bot, nothing happened. Now the bot replies with your Chat ID and the steps to link your account: just paste it into Settings → Notifications → Telegram and save. From then on, you receive notifications and can chat with the assistant.

For chat over Telegram to work, your instance must be updated to this release; getting your Chat ID with /start already works even if your instance hasn’t been updated yet.
