v4.40.0 — Your documents on your phone and the complete manuals inside the help

Viewing documents on mobile, finally done right. On the phone, PDFs weren’t displayed (mobile browsers don’t render them embedded) and the Word and Excel preview had the same problem. Now all three open with the built-in viewer in a compact layout for small screens — the same document, the same version, readable with your thumb.

All the manuals, inside the platform. In the help menu (?) you’ll find “📚 Complete manuals”: the user manual, the administrator manual (administrators only), the supplement for your industry and the manual for each module you have enabled — all with images and downloadable. There’s no longer any need to look for anything outside the system.

The help center, brought up to date. “What’s new” covers the latest (portfolio, electronic signature, tickets, portal, CRM…), the Tax, CRM and Electronic Signature modules debut their own help section, and the Projects and Documents sections explain the Portfolio and organizing by tags.

Straightforward update, no migrations. Update backend and frontend together.
