Iurefficient: The evolution of your Specialist Collaborator

Discover the improvements we’ve added in each release to make Iurefficient a more powerful, intelligent, and secure tool for your professional practice.

v4.50.0 — The app stops being “the website, shrunk down” on your phone

One project per screen, and to see it you had to drag the table sideways. On the phone, a project card was 416 pixels tall — meaning only one fit at a time — and a notification was 209, because the title broke into five lines fighting for space with two buttons. Of the 56 screens with a table, 51 had no mobile version at all: they could only be scrolled from left to right. The Tasks list was four times the width of the screen and showed 3 of its 10 columns.

Now lists read like lists. On the phone, each row shows what matters in two lines — name and status on top, secondary data below — and takes up about 60 pixels: eleven projects per screen instead of one, twelve notifications instead of three. This covers Projects, Documents, Tasks, Clients, Contacts, Notifications, Users, and Audit, as well as the 21 lists in the plugins: Tax, CRM, Billing, Tickets, Human Resources, Electronic Signature, Inventory, ERP, and Memory.

Not everything was converted, and that was on purpose. The line items of an invoice, the amounts of a CFDI, and numeric dashboards are read by comparing aligned columns: splitting them into two lines makes them worse. Those keep their table, and what they gain is that they no longer break the page width.

Settings and Help can now be used from the phone. Their fixed 288-pixel side index left about 100 for the content; now it turns into a strip of sections, and you go from seeing one section per screen to three. In Portfolio, the dots for rating a project were 16 pixels — impossible to hit with a finger — and are now edited in a bottom sheet with touch-sized controls.

Details that got in the way every day: form fields no longer trigger iOS’s automatic zoom when you type; you can pinch to zoom again (it was blocked); the buttons on long forms and pop-up windows are no longer out of reach; and the logo in the top bar no longer overflows the page while it loads.

Your clients’ portal too. It was the least prepared surface and the only one seen by people outside the firm: its margins, header, and forms were adjusted for a 390-pixel width.

Nothing changes on the computer. All the work is an addition for small screens; we verified, route by route, that the table stays the same, with the same columns in the same order. The only exception decided by hand was Notifications, which keeps its cards on desktop and uses the compact row only on the phone.

Alerts finally reach your phone and your email. The reminders you schedule — and those triggered by an event — were sent out labeled as a generic notice, and that category is limited to the bell inside the app. Even if sending to the phone worked, none of your alarms could use it. Now they have their own category, with all five channels available and their own row in the preferences matrix in your profile; they go off even during quiet hours, because you chose the time.

And the chat’s daily greeting no longer shows other people’s data. In instances with per-user isolation, the welcome card listed the upcoming deadlines for the entire instance — including a link to someone else’s project — and the dashboard summary email counted cases and tasks that the recipient couldn’t see. Both views now use the same visibility rule as the lists in the app.

Requires a migration (it runs automatically on startup). Update backend and frontend together.
