v4.56.0 — The Sheet: bring many tasks up to date in one go

• New “Sheet” view in Tasks. Alongside Tree, List, and Gantt, there’s a fourth view: a grid, like a spreadsheet, where you can see all your tasks —from all your projects— and edit several at once. Until now you had to open each task, save it, and wait for the list to reload; after a meeting with thirty action items, that was the same routine thirty times.
• You work with the keyboard. The up and down arrows move between rows, Tab moves to the next column, Esc undoes what you just typed in a cell, and Ctrl+S (⌘S on Mac) saves everything. The cells you’ve touched are highlighted in amber, so you can always see what’s about to be saved.
• You can paste from Excel. If you have your plan in a spreadsheet, copy it and paste it directly onto the grid: it understands Spanish labels (“En proceso”, “Alta”) and dates in day/month/year format.
• It saves once, and it can be undone. There’s no autosave: you decide when. When you save, a notice appears with the number of tasks updated and an “Undo” button that reverts the entire batch.
• If a colleague changed something while you were editing, it doesn’t get overwritten. That row is highlighted in red, showing the data currently in the system, and you decide whether to insist or keep your colleague’s version. The rest of the save is applied normally.
• On your phone, the view isn’t forced. Eight columns don’t fit on a small screen, so the usual list is still used there. Inside a project, the grid shows only that project’s tasks. From the general Tasks screen it shows yours, from all projects, with a project column and a selector to view those of a team member who reports to you. No database changes. Update backend and frontend together.
