v4.59.0 — Risk matrix

• New “Risks” tab in every project. You record what could go wrong before it happens: what it is, how likely it is (1 to 5), how serious it would be (1 to 5), and what’s going to be done about it.
• The classic matrix, color-coded. Each risk is placed on a 5×5 grid, and the color indicates severity: critical, high, medium, or low. Clicking a cell shows the risks in it.
• The mitigation plan becomes a task with one button. The task is created in the project, with the risk owner, the review date as the due date, and high priority if the risk is critical. A plan that isn’t on someone’s work list doesn’t get carried out.
• A risk that actually happened is marked as such, and that’s different from closing it. It leaves the matrix of current risks but stays in the register: it’s the project’s lesson learned, and that’s why it can’t be deleted.
• Portfolio view. A tab with the risks from all your projects sorted by severity, to answer at a glance what could complicate the quarter.
• Risk can factor into the portfolio score. It comes turned off: when you update, the score of all your projects stays exactly the same as before. If you want to turn it on, you do it from the portfolio weights screen. This is different from the risk traffic light that already existed. That one measures what is happening (missed deadlines, late tasks); the matrix records what could happen. They complement each other. Includes a migration that runs automatically on update. Update backend and frontend together.
