• Ask the assistant about the project’s risks and it answers with the ones your team declared, not with a calculated number: it tells you which are active, their severity, who owns each one —and which have no owner assigned— and what mitigation plan they have.
• It also knows change control: how much the original project was, how much it is today, which change orders were authorized and how much each one added. Questions like “why did the budget go up?” now have an answer.
• Risks that already occurred or were closed appear as history, marked as such. They serve as lessons learned without cluttering the picture of what’s current today.
• It stops confusing two things that had the same name. The system calculates on its own a delay indicator based on deadlines and tasks; that isn’t the risk matrix a person enters. Now the assistant tells one from the other and doesn’t present the automatic number as if it were the team’s forecast.
• Under-the-hood fix: when several changes were saved in a row on the same project, only the first one reached the assistant’s search and the rest were left out until something else triggered it again. Now they are all processed. This also covers tasks and documents. No migration required. Update backend and frontend together.
