v4.67.1 — Calendar times, and text documents
Calendar events show in your time zone. Those coming from Google appeared shifted by six hours (a 4:00 p.m. meeting was drawn at 10:00 p.m.). The server stores them correctly; what was missing was saying they are an instant in UTC, and not a wall-clock time. All three ends were fixed: what the Google sync brings in, what is saved when an event is created, and what the screen receives. Deadlines and task dates stay the same on purpose: those are wall-clock dates —“due September 1”— and treating them as UTC would shift them back a day. A .md or .txt created from the CRM can now be read and edited. It was created with a generic file type, so the viewer rejected it with “unsupported format” and the Edit button opened the Office editor, which on saving left its own conversion inside the file. Now it’s created with its correct type, the viewer recognizes it even if the type comes in wrong, and Edit opens the Markdown editor. No database migrations. Update backend and frontend together.
v4.67.0 — The assistant knows the manuals, and planning with profiles finally works
* Ask the assistant how to do something. It now consults the system manuals —the user manual, the administrator manual, the PMO manual, the ones for each industry and the ones for each add-on— and cites where the answer comes from, with a link to open that section. Before, that lookup existed only in a path the application had stopped using: the assistant improvised.
* “Required profile” is now where the planning happens. The selector existed only when creating a task, and that’s not where the work is done: whoever dumps in thirty tasks adjusts them afterward. Now it’s in task editing, on the Kanban board, in the list’s quick edit and as a Sheet column —where you can also paste from Excel by profile name—.
* Replace the profile with the actual person, without redoing the plan. When you put someone on a task that called for a profile, the system offers to assign them the project’s other tasks for that profile in one go, saying how many there are. It’s offered, not applied automatically, and the batch can be undone.
* “Who deleted this document?” now leads somewhere. The assistant doesn’t answer that —the log isn’t its own— but it now takes you to Settings › Audit with the filters already set (resource type, action, and the name if you put it in quotes). Only for administrators, who are the ones who can open that screen.
* The log can be searched by name. Before, you had to filter by type and action and scan the list by eye. The CSV export respects the same filters as the screen.
* Mobile app: when the keyboard opens, the screen moves up and you can see what you’re typing; and removing a server really removes it —it stops receiving its notifications and no longer reappears in the list—.
* Task status catalog: an organization that changed specialty could end up without the “Completed” status and see the internal value in English. It fixes itself on update. No migrations. Update backend and frontend together.
